Shipping policy

As all DNLA THE LABEL pieces are handmade to order, please allow approximately 6 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch:

• Australia: 1–2 weeks
• International: 1–2 weeks depending on your location and local customs

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. DNLA THE LABEL is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our control.
